Russell Ferguson Folks

As most of you know, we’re avid followers of two and only two shows on television, Top Chef and So You Think You Can Dance, (modernity doing its thing and assigning this nice moniker, SYTYCD). So, let us just say, right here, right now, that we will be throwing all of our support behind Russell Ferguson for the rest of the season.

Now, we’d like to first point out that we’ve been nuts about this guy since his sick krump routine during the crap episodes where they show the tryouts. Since that time, many, many people have gotten behind this guy, and we can’t really blame them, but we wanted to make sure the contemporary gods that be didn’t keep him off the show. But now that he’s officially in the top 20, and showed several instances of all-around ability (which B-Boy Legacy has shown none of), we’re going all out for him.

First of all, RUN DMC shirt like that gets you points right away. And then when you go up there and do that, well, that’s just a complete package the Surly Birds can get behind.

Now, we won’t go on and on, as it would compromise several staunch standards of integrity we hold for ourselves here, or something like that. But let’s just say that this guy is BY FAR the dancer to watch this year. Check back each week for updates on the show and our opinions as always.
